Dr. Nael is a very kind doctor with empathy. When it was needed she called me to follow up with the investigation that was important. People are ruthless in rating doctors and judge them on their first encounter not based on knowledge. But being a mother who studied medicine but has lesser experience, I know that she is very knowledgeable and worries for her patients.

She is a really unprofessional doctor. I had an appointment for my 1 week newborn with her and she ended up leaving for the day and cancelling my appointment . I was waiting to register at the desk and she conveniently just went back home not caring for the fact that I came with a 1 week newborn child and not informing me of the cancellation. She has studied in Pakistan and only recently graduated from Mcmaster pediatrics in 2017. If you want an experienced doctor to look after your child then she is DEFINITELY not somebody I would trust with my child
